The beautiful weather today inspired me to draw outside. Kedar was on the patio working at his computer, so I started drawing him. It seemed to be going smoothly at first. The planes of his face seemed simple and clear, yet as the drawing progressed, it looked like a 12 year old drew it. The drawing ended up looking more like David Paterson….which was not what I was going for. It is very easy for one to lose their drawing skills. I may have to copy some beautiful drawings by the old masters to remind myself how to draw. This is the only part of the drawing that I dare to post to the web.
