I’m pleased to share that I have two paintings included in the Ridgewood Art Institute’s 72nd Annual Sponsor Show, on view now through May 2, 2025. This long-running exhibition is a special tradition at the Institute—an opportunity for artists and instructors to contribute original, framed works in support of the school’s mission and programming.

The show includes a diverse range of paintings, from landscape and still life to portraiture, all created in oil, watercolor, or pastel. It’s always a pleasure to see the walls of the Institute filled with work from so many skilled artists connected to the school.

A highlight of the exhibition is the Gala Drawing, which will be held on Friday, May 2 at 8:00 PM. Sponsors who make a contribution ($275 for one chance, or $400 for three) will be entered into the drawing and, if selected, get to choose a painting from the exhibition to take home. It’s a lively and generous way to support the arts while acquiring original artwork.

The show is open to the public during class hours at the Ridgewood Art Institute, located at 12 East Glen Avenue in Ridgewood, NJ. If you’re in the area, I hope you’ll stop by and take a look.
